2025 QX50 Performance Basics

The 2025 QX50 is a five-seat crossover powered by a unique four-cylinder 2.0-liter VC-Turbo engine that produces 268 horsepower and 280 pound-feet of torque. The impressive power is controlled by a continuously variable transmission, and the INFINITI Drive Mode Selector allows you to switch between Standard, Sport, Eco, or Personal modes to match your preferences and driving conditions.

There’s an independent strut suspension system in the front and an independent multi-link system in the rear, each with coil springs over shock absorbers and a stabilizer bar to help dampen bumps in the road for a comfortable, quiet ride.

Updates to the 2025 Lineup

The QX50 lineup has been pared down to three trim levels: PURE, LUXE, and SPORT. All models now come with standard all-wheel drive that instantly redirects power to the wheels with more traction when it detects slipping.

Luxurious Seating

An eight-way power-adjustable driver’s seat with two-way power lumbar is standard in the 2025 QX50. Heated front seats become standard in the LUXE trim, and upgrading to the top SPORT trim adds ventilation. The 60/40 split-bench seats in the rear can recline, fold, and adjust forward and backward for optimal passenger comfort with 38.7 inches of legroom. Leatherette seating is standard in the PURE model, but swaps for real leather in the higher trims.

Convenience Features

Convenience abounds in the 2025 QX50. The power cargo door can be opened remotely via the key fob or a button inside the cabin, and the top two trims add even more convenience with proximity access, which opens the door when someone with the key fob lingers near the rear of the vehicle. Heated exterior mirrors are standard and include turn signal indicators. The LUXE and PURE models also feature a power moonroof that extends over both rows.

Upscale Technology

The infotainment system is delivered through an 8.0-inch touchscreen and features INFINITI InTouch Services, a mobile hotspot, wireless smartphone integration, and INFINITI Voice Recognition to access audio, vehicle information, and more. Wireless charging in front makes it easy to keep your phone battery full, and there are also four USB ports in every model. A reconfigurable 7.0-inch digital gauge display lets you customize your instrument appearance, and the Driver Information Center positions essential driving information behind the wheel.
